Questions people actually ask

Is it really live?

Yes. There's one shared simulation running on the server, streamed 24/7. Everyone watching sees the same fish doing the same things at the same time. When you add a fish it appears on the stream within seconds.

Do fish die?

They can. Hunger climbs over about 24 hours, and health drops when a fish is starving. Feed it and it's fine — anyone watching can drop food, not only the owner. The stream warns when a fish is in danger. Fish that don't make it go to the memorial.

What do credits cost, and what's free?

£1 buys 100 credits. Guests get one free fish that swims for 2 hours. Accounts get 3 free fish plus 1500 welcome credits. Feeding your fish is free. Credits pay for extras like featuring a fish on the stream, feasts and shouts, from 30 credits (£0.30).

Can I drive my fish?

Yes. Go to My fish › Drive on your phone and you'll see through its eyes with a joystick under your thumb. Sessions last 10 minutes, then it swims off on its own again. You can start another straight away.

What happens to a guest fish?

It swims for 2 hours and then quietly leaves the tank. Register (it's free) to keep your fish for good, and you'll get 1500 welcome credits too.

Where can I watch?

We stream live on TikTok (@fishlive24) and on YouTube (@FishyLiveLol). You can also open the tank in any browser, no account needed.

Do I get a refund if a feature ends early?

Yes, pro rata. If your fish's feature is cut short for any reason, the unused part comes back to your wallet as credits.

Can I watch in VR?

Yes. Open the tank page in the Meta Quest browser and tap Enter VR. You stand inside the tank at life size, and you can point and drop food where you like.
